Usually only dinners make it onto our blog, however today our lunch looked (and tasted) too good to pass up.
For lunch we made a 100% raw sandwich and a side salad.
The sandwich was made with raw onion bread (dehydrated onions, flax seeds, sunflower seeds) topped with basil pesto, lettuce mix, avocado and tomato.
The side salad included mixed lettuce greens, cucumber, radish, carrots, red peppers and raspberry dressing.
We added a side of (store bought) sesame seed tofu.
One of the best lunches ever.
