A few nights ago Conrad made a "cheezie" vegan pizza that was more then tasty.
We tried out two different kind of vegan cheese: Diaya (left side of the pizza) + Teese (right side of the pizza)
The Diaya was definitely the better of the two.
The crust is a whole wheat pizza dough, flattened and slightly pre-baked without the toppings to make it crispier.
On top of that came a layer of flax seeds, garlic powder, basil pesto, "cheese", mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, asparagus, zucchini and an additional layer of "cheese".
mmmm... typing this now is making me hungry again.
