tonight Julie and I prepared a new quiche (our first quiche since earlier in the year).
We made the crust from scratch (new reciepe from the cookbook Veganomicon). The crust was perfect (we had issues with crusts from scratch before).
The filling of the quiche included: Kale, leaks, tofu, mushrooms, spinach, red pepper and Diaya "cheese" (vegan of course)
It was THE best quiche we have ever made.
The two of us nearly ate it all.
