Dinner: Tempeh "Bacon" with Leeks/Kasha and Kale


Another amazing meal prepared by the ever talented Julie.
The tempeh was steamed then marinated with liquid smoke, maple syrup and soy sauce. The kasha and leek were added together.
The greens included kale, red pepper and mushrooms with garlic and Cajun spice.
Vegan foods are awesome and tasty.
