Easter Brunch


Went to the in-laws for Easter last weekend. Just received this picture from them, so we decided to showcase it.
Baked potato, cooked fennel, baked eggplant, kale w/carrots, mushrooms and onion, soy ground with onion, mushrooms, and chives.

Very tasty, all prepared by non-vegetarian hosts.
