Tonight's dinner was a quick and easy chili! Didn't feel like going crazy creative, so this is our easy, tasty dinner option.
The Chili was made with onions, celery, vine tomatoes, mushrooms, kidney beans (cooked from dried beans), ground tofu protein (only type of fake meat i can take), red pepper, chinese eggplant, garlic, and chili spices. Brown rice on the side.
